Consultative Meeting on Tourism Development Indicators Held for Gisoum Village

In line with enhancing the tourism status of Gisoum Village and conducting targeted planning for its development, a consultative meeting was held with the aim of brainstorming and task allocation regarding the evaluation indicators of the World Tourism Organization. The session took place at the office of the District Governor of Asalem, with the active participation of tourism stakeholders, managers, and a group of relevant officials.

During the meeting, the designated indicators and existing capacities were reviewed, and emphasis was placed on the necessity of synergy, coherent planning, and comprehensive participation to achieve development goals. Holding such meetings is considered an effective step toward improving the level of tourism and ensuring that the residents of Gisoum benefit more fully from available opportunities.
