National Determination and the Role of Local Managers in the Path Toward the World Heritage Registration of Gisoum

The Deputy of Tourism at the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Gilan Province announced a consultative meeting focused on following up the World Heritage registration process of Gisoum tourist village, held at the Office of Rural Affairs and Councils of the Gilan Governorate.

During this meeting, emphasis was placed on the necessity of institutional coordination, inter-agency cooperation, strong commitment to completing the dossier documentation, accelerating the resolution of existing shortcomings, strengthening infrastructure, and safeguarding the cultural and natural capacities of this distinguished village.
